Our Story
Prospert was founded on a clear conviction: employment services could deliver greater impact and create meaningful change for individuals, employers and communities.
In early 2020, Founder and Director Paul Diviny set out to turn that belief into action, bringing together deep sector expertise, practical insight and a commitment to human‑centred reform. That vision marked the beginning of Prospert’s journey.
Our first engagement with The Salvation Army Employment Plus in Western Australia set the foundation for Prospert’s approach: collaborative, practical and deeply aligned with client needs.
When COVID‑19 reshaped the world only weeks later, we rapidly shifted to online delivery - supporting organisations from Bundaberg to New Zealand through virtual workshops, webinars and strategic guidance. That early adaptability became our hallmark.
What began as a small suite of training workshops has since evolved into a global boutique professional services firm partnering with governments and their delivery partners across Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Europe to deliver strategic advice, business transformation, tender support and learning solutions that strengthen employment services systems worldwide.
Along The Way
Since 2020, Prospert has supported major employment services reforms, launched global learning solutions, partnered with Deloitte Global Human & Social Services, advised governments internationally and delivered strategy and business intelligence programs that create measurable impact across the sector.
As we have grown, so too has our expertise. Evolving from learning programs, we now deliver expert consulting and bid management support across all Employment Services programs, bringing deep operational and policy expertise to every engagement.
We have supported over 300 clients across more than 100 projects, helping secure in excess of $500 million in tenders and grants, with a proven track record spanning four continents.
