Client: IEA Provider
Focus: Improving performance visibility by launching IEA Business Intelligence reporting - BI in a BoX.
Challenge: Leaders were spending time and effort downloading WAOP Reports daily to manage performance, with no overview of trends or aggregated performance.
Our Approach: We combined our BI reporting expertise, and IEA knowledge and insights to establish a list of key performance management reports. The BI solution was built entirely in their environment with their branding.
Impact: The end-result was an actionable and user-friendly suite of IEA BI Reports that covered performance across the ‘Participant Journey’, giving time back and ensuring there was one source of truth.
